you will receive an automatic confirmation when you place your order.

most items are maid upon request, please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. Lead times my vary depending on fabric availability. in stock items ship in 5-10 business days.

please allow 2-3 business days for order processing, pending availability and credit card verification. this may take longer during special releases or major holidays. please note, M.E does not ship on weekends. 

M.E is unable to ship to p.o. box, apo, or fpo addresses. all orders with a p.o. box, apo, or fpo address will be cancelled.

M.E will email you with updates and tracking information once your items have shipped.

M.E is not responsible for items lost or stolen in transit. all risks associated are assumed by the courier.


international orders

M.E ships internationally. please email us if you’re unsure about your country.

all international orders are shipped delivery duties unpaid (ddu). customs, duties, and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost at checkout. the customer is responsible for all customs, duties, taxes, and fees upon delivery.

unfortunately, we are unable to calculate these charges before your order is placed. please contact your local customs office for assistance with estimating additional costs.


returns-north americA-INTERNATIONAL

to initiate a return, please email info@clothes-by-me.com to request a return authorization. 

M.E allows returns within 10 days of the order delivery date. all returned items must be unworn, undamaged, and unwashed with all original tags attached. the original invoice must be included with any return. failure to do so can delay the processing of your return. return shipping will be paid by customer.

a full refund will be issued immediately upon the arrival and inspection of your return. depending on your payment provider, it can take 5-10 business days for the refunded amount to post to your account.

if M.E determines that any products are not in original condition, a refund will not be granted and the items will be returned to you.
